What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over $30 USD. For orders below $30, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During high volume periods, it may take longer.

What are the shipping times?

– European: 7-14  days

– United States: 7-14  days

– Canada: 7-14  days

– Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 days

– Rest of the World: 8-15 days

Note: These times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you tracking information. You can also check your order status on the Order Tracking Page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

What if I haven’t received my order tracking number?

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 4 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

Which countries do you ship to?

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Contact our Customer Service immediately at [email protected] to arrange for a replacement of the damaged items.

My order status shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

First, verify the shipping address. Then, check with neighbors, friends, or family members who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If your order is marked “delivered” by the shipping company but is missing, we cannot be held liable.

Are there any exceptions to the shipping times provided?

Yes, the estimated shipping times do not account for unforeseen delays such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, or customs issues. These are estimates based on normal circumstances.
